Does anyone have any suggestions for my work out today since my leg now looks like this:
I thought maybe just some weights and the elliptical machine? Yoga might have to wait huh?

Does it hurt? If so DON'T DO THAT!

If it doesn't hurt I would do the elliptical and yoga. And you could still do weights just for the core and upper body.

Good luck. But taking off for a short period of time is ok too.
